Royal Mail v Postcomm [2008] EWCA Civ 33

Court of Appeal judgment confirming the amount of a fine imposed by Postcomm on Royal Mail for failure to use all reasonable endeavours in vetting temporary staff to ensure mail integrity. The court endorsed the use of a rough estimate by Postcomm in calculating the fine, as no more accurate data were available.
