Provisional findings on MKT/MSE water merger
Competition Commission provisional findings (103 pages, PDF, plus appendices) that the merger of Mid Kent Water and South East Water would prejudice Ofwat's ability to make comparisons between water enterprises (although, apparently, not very much) and therefore requires remedies under the water mergers rules.
