Scottish wave and tidal renewables obligations cleared
DG Competition decision (11 pages, PDF) clearing new Scottish subsidies to wave and tidal electricity generators under the EC State aid rules. The decision is dated March 2007, which will have enabled regulations to come into force before 1 April 2007.
