Ofcom review of potentially unfair additional charges
Ofcom consultation (118 pages, PDF) on its proposed approach to enforcing the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999 in relation to charging for non-direct-debit payments, late payment charges, cancellation charges, paper billing charges and other additional charges for telephone and television services.
