BBC Trust consultation (7 pages, PDF) on a proposed policy for the oversight of syndication arrangements for BBC on-demand content. The policy sets some principles (including a requirement that video content should only be available within the UK) and requirements for the BBC's management to clear certain syndication arrangements with the BBC Trust.
