OFT consultation (PDF, 24 pages) proposing to accept Associated Newspapers' offered commitments on London-wide newspaper distribution, which were prompted by the complaint from Northern & Shell plc about the exclusive contract between Associated Newspapers (publishers of London Metro) and railway station operators in London.
