New water access case at the Competition Appeal Tribunal
Summary (PDF, 2 pages) of Aqua Resources Limited appeal against Ofwat's refusal to investigate Aqua's complaint about an alleged abuse of a dominant position by Severn Trent. Aqua claims that an infringement finding and potentially a fine should be imposed on Severn Trent for only offering common carriage to licensed water undertakers until early 2005.
