Ofwat invites comments on its website

We are redesigning our website and we need your views. Last year, we received nearly one million hits on our website from people looking for information on water and sewerage services in England and Wales. Our website holds a wide variety of material including our annual and comparative reports, companies' regulatory data, press notices, useful information about the industry, customer information and advice, and much more. To make sure our website stays user friendly and meets the needs of all visitors, we are currently looking at improving its content and structure. And for that we need your views. If you have any thoughts about our website and how it could improve, please e-mail them to: webmaster@ofwat.gsi.gov.uk. Thank you to those who completed our website survey last year. Your views will feed into the design of the new website.
