New subsidy profile for Virgin West Coast
Department for Transport notice announcing a new franchise agreement for Virgin West Coast, replacing the letter agreement (management contract) that was set up after the financial collapse of the original franchise. The new arrangement involves a total projected subsidy of the order of £1.3 billion from now until 31 March 2012.
