OFT response on concurrent competition powers
OFT response (5 pages, PDF) to the DTI/HM Treasury review of concurrent competition powers in sectoral regulation.
OFT "recommends" that all regulators should be encouraged to publish criteria for case selection and progression similar to its own.
OFT has also released the response (8 pages, PDF) by the concurrency working party of the UK regulators.
