DG Competition announcement (about 1 page) that it has made a decision that Greece infringed Article 86(1) with Article 82 by maintaining legislation giving one power generator special and nearly exclusive rights to lignite (a low-grade coal which seems to be the cheapest fuel for power generation in Greece).
Update, April 2008: decision published.
