Sky and Virgin settle price dispute for non-premium channels

BSkyB press notice (about 2 pages) announcing that “Sky and Virgin Media have agreed to terminate all High Court proceedings against each other relating to the carriage of their respective basic channels” and have agreed terms for supplying these channels to each other until Sunday 12 June 2011.

The commercial terms of the settlement and the mutual supply agreements have not been disclosed.
