Prevention of unfair conduct by BAA London airports
CAA consultation (27 pages, PDF) on the public interest conditions imposed on BAA's Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted airports following previous MMC/Competition Commission inquiries. The CAA suggests not renewing the condition relating to the HALT taxi levy at Heathrow " in accordance with the Government's better regulation agenda". Responses by Tuesday 2 January 2007.
