Restrictions on objections to energy customer transfers
Ofgem consultation (14 pages, PDF) on a proposal to remove the right of electricity and gas suppliers to object to the transfer of a customer away from them in cases where a contract extension was only agreed with the customer after the transfer request had been made. This is Ofgem's proposed solution to the issues raised in the April 2007 consultation. Responses by Friday 7 September 2007.
