Renewed ORR complaint to EWS on coal haulage competition

Brief ORR notice announcing that a supplementary statement of objections has been served on freight operator EWS alleging abuse of a dominant position "through its agreement and maintenance of contracts with exclusionary effect and discriminatory and predatory pricing practices in the market for the supply of coal haulage by rail in Great Britain". A previous statement of objections on the same matter was issued by ORR on 6 May 2004. The supplementary statement of objections is described as responding to November 2004 representations by EWS.
