Consolidation of train operator compensation for possessions
ORR letter (6 pages, scanned PDF) providing terms of reference for an industry steering group project to consolidate the Part G provisions for financial compensation to train operators for some possessions within the Schedule 4 arrangements or equivalent contractual provisions for freight operators. This is intended to prevent future disputes.
The steering group's recommendations are sought by end January 2008, with an industry consultation on a draft expected in September 2007.
