Crehan v Inntrepreneur [2007] EWHC 90081 (Costs)
High Court judgment (about 19 pages) on costs in the long-running Crehan beer tie case which was determined (in favour of the pub company) by the House of Lords in July 2006. The judge decided to allow the pub company to recover its costs in the Court of Appeal from the legal aid fund.
