Consultation on incentives in the GB railway industry
ORR consultation (64 pages, PDF) on performance and efficiency incentives for Network Rail, and on incentives for train operators to work with Network Rail to reduce costs. ORR has also published three consultants' reports (148 pages altogether). Responses by Friday 22 September 2006 on financial incentives affecting Network Rail, and by Friday 20 October 2006 on other issues.
