Aquavitae seeks action against alleged Anglian squeeze
Press notice (about 2 pages) from independent water supplier Aquavitae UK stating that it has asked the OFT to investigate an alleged margin squeeze in Anglian Water's wholesale access offers, and to “take immediate action”.
OFT will presumably pass the request on to Ofwat under the concurrency arrangements. Ofwat's guide to competition law complaints does not give a target timescale for taking decisions (whether interim measures or final decisions).
