OFT report on commercial use of public information
Office of Fair Trading report (183 pages, PDF) on the markets for commercial use of public information. A number of annexes and supporting studies have also been published.
The report makes recommendations to Government to address the alleged inadequate availability of unrefined information, alleged overly restrictive terms, quality of service, possible excessive prices, and guidance and compliance procedures.
