What level will the discussion be at?

Technical, focusing on legal and economic issues. We would like to explore the way in which the CAT's judgment will have developed competition law as regards, in particular:

I am an analyst/journalist/investor and I don't have time to come to a discussion meeting.

If you want to understand the judgment or a comment on its implications, please e-mail f.latremoliere@reckon.co.uk to arrange a paid consultation.

Not on this occasion. We will consider the possibility of a teleconference on the same topic if there is sufficient interest. E-mail f.latremoliere@reckon.co.uk with any suggestions.

I don't know much about water or competition law but I want to learn.

You are welcome to attend the meeting to learn about the case, the industry and competition law. However, the meeting will be focused on technical legal and economic issues assuming a good level of background knowledge. We would prefer the discussion not to be held back by questions on the basics of competition law or of the water industry. If you require information or training on these topics please e-mail f.latremoliere@reckon.co.uk to arrange a paid consultation.

Why is it called a square table meeting?

The table in our meeting room is square.

Will there be biscuits?

Yes.
