Quick guide to formatting:

• Leave a blank line between paragraphs.
• Main heading lines start with "==".
• Minor heading lines start with "=".
• Bullet points start with "*".
• Quotations start with "->" ("-->" for more indentation)
• Use [_ ... _] for bold and [* ... *] for italics.
• Links are in double square brackets.
