Franck Latrémolière has 10 years of experience in advising clients on regulation and competition economics issues. His expertise in economic regulation encompasses price controls and other behavioural obligations. In competition law, he specialises in questions of abuse of dominant position, anti-competitive regulations and State aid. He also uses his expertise in mathematics and computing to provide advice and tools for statistical analysis and quantitative modelling. He is familiar with regulation and competition law issues in the electricity, rail, bus and water sectors across the UK, and with UK and EC competition law and State aid issues involving public authorities, public services, and the media, software, pharmaceutical and high-technology industries. |
Nicholas Francis |

Nicholas Francis is one of Reckon LLP’s founding partners. He has worked as an economic consultant since 2000. Most of his professional experience is in the fields of regulation and competition economics. Nicholas has led projects for clients in the utilities sector on the analysis of productivity and expenditure data as part of regulatory price control reviews. He has provided advice on the assessment of abuse of dominant position cases, and on the potential market impact of various publicly-funded BBC services. He has also contributed to a number of economic research projects for the European Commission. |

Pedro Fernandes |

Pedro Fernandes has eight years' experience of performing econometric and data analysis studies and of advising clients on the economics of competition, regulation and public policy. His clients have included regulatory and government bodies as well as private-sector companies, in the UK and elsewhere. He has strong academic and practical knowledge of econometric and statistical analysis, including the assessment of relative efficiency and quantitative techniques to support impact assessment analysis. |
