We can advise on all economic aspects of competition law cases or disputes.

We can advise businesses on the applicability of the competition law prohibitions to aspects of their business, the risks of infringement, the validity of any complaints received, and their responses to any competition law investigation or litigation.

We can advise businesses, consumers and representative groups on the use of competition law to counter anti-competitive or exploitative practices by businesses or Governments. Our "Unfair competition" guide has more details on these services.

We can help investors by identifying and analysing the competition law compliance issues and risks that companies that they may be investing in could face, and the competition law enforcement opportunities that might be available to these companies.

We can provide economics advice for competition policy development and implementation, including assistance with UK market investigations.
