We have experience in both the electricity and downstream gas industries, spanning the following issues:

We have experience in the water industry, including sewerage services, and in other aspects of waste disposal and environmental policies, in particular the interactions with State aid law and other controls on State subsidies.
Transport
We have experience in both economic regulation and competition law enforcement in the rail (passenger and freight) sector and in bus, taxi and car parking matters.
