Franck Latrémolière advises clients on regulation and competition economics issues. His knowledge of economic regulation encompasses price controls (including expenditure/efficiency issues, cost of capital, incentives) and other behavioural obligations (including ring-fencing). In competition law, he specialises in questions of abuse of dominant position, anti-competitive regulations, and State aid, particularly in sectors with complex networks of contractual relationships and regulatory obligations.

He also uses his strong skills in mathematics and computing to provide technical advice and develop tools for statistical analysis and quantitative modelling.

He is familiar with the regulation of the electricity and water sectors in the UK, and with UK and EC competition law and State aid issues involving public authorities, public services, technology/patents and the media.
