Geoffrey Randall (Associate)
Geoffrey Randall is a full-time associate at Reckon. He has a track record of providing advice on a range of regulation and competition economics issues. He has particular expertise in econometric analysis and its application to price control reviews.
He has advised clients on regulatory issues in the electricity, water and wastewater sectors, including comparative efficiency analysis, the analysis of incentive schemes and the modelling of financial risks associated with interruptions to supply. He has also conducted quantitative analysis related to VAT and gambling taxation, as well as the effectiveness of Government policy initiatives.
