Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT)RSS feed

The Competition Appeal Tribunal hears appeals against the UK competition authorities' decisions and some claims for damages under the Competition Act 1998, Article 81 and Article 82; some appeals against electronic communications regulatory decisions under the Communications Act 2003; and applications for judicial review against merger and market investigations decisions of the OFT and Competition Commission under the Enterprise Act 2002.

Appeal from the Tribunal's judgments is to the Court of Appeal (in England and Wales), the Court of Appeal in Northern Ireland, or the Court of Session (in Scotland).
