Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (DTI)RSS feed

The Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform, created in June 2007, combines the former Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) with the Better Regulation Executive.

This is the UK ministerial department with policy responsibility for competition law, and consumer law, UK compliance with the European Union State aid rules, and the energy industries.

The website (now http://www.berr.gov.uk/) was reorganised in May 2006. Most links were broken as a result of the reorganisation. The new site (which has not significantly changed with the change of name) does not make it easy to find the new URLs.
